Rain, rain, nothing but rain. We’re talking about the second festival day of Booch? last year, remember? What a disaster. And then, suddenly, the sun was shining. At least, in our musical hearts. Sebastian Sturm was responsible for the biggest rain dance in the history of Booch! Thanks to his rootsreggae. A true Jamaican reggae star you would say if you didn’t know Sebastian Sturm unites German and Indonesian genes…
Indeed, he is our neighbor (living in Aachen and very popular over there), just under thirty, and played mainly punk music since his 16th. In 2006 his debut album This Change is Nice was released. A year later he was announced best newcomer in Germany. And the sympathetical Sturm travels all over Europe since that day. Two years ago One Moment in Peace was released. More mature, more natural. Listen e.g. to his story about peace. Peace is not only the opposite of war. Being happy with yourself, a nice living and no stress about money is also peace for him. Everyone recognizes that. We are very proud to have him on Booch! again, but this year the sun will shine.
